The 6th Continent 3/365. 2015 Claudia McGill August 13, 2015 It reminds me of books I read when I was young – they were children’s books, for boys, really, adventure stories from the 1930’s that I found at my grandmother’s house. Mysterious and full of challenges for the heroes. This painting is wonderful. LikeLike julie harms – Author August 14, 2015 Thank you Claudia. I once discovered an old Atlas book from the 1920’s, and while going through it I realised there were whole places left blank. They were the unknown territories. All about visiting exotic places and the adventures of travel. LikeLiked by 1 person grahammcquade August 14, 2015 Is that Gandalf striding on in the distance? It has a Tolkienesque feel.
